What is Support Coordination (Level 2)?

Support Coordination helps you understand your NDIS plan, connect with providers, coordinate services, and build your skills to manage supports over time.

What is Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3)?

Specialist Support Coordination may suit more complex situations where additional support is needed to manage risks, crises, or significant barriers. This may include coordinating across multiple services and systems.

How do I know which level I need (Level 2 vs Level 3)?

Level 2 is usually suitable for plan implementation, linking to providers, and capacity building. Level 3 may be suitable when there are complex needs, high risk, crisis situations, or multiple systems involved. If you’re unsure, email us and we can guide you.

Do I need a referral to access Support Coordination?

A referral is not always required. If your plan includes Support Coordination funding (or you’re unsure), you can contact us and we’ll explain options and next steps.

Where do you provide services?

We provide services across Australia. Remote/virtual support options may be available depending on your needs and current service capacity.
